About

Next Step Family Coaching was created to support people through one of life’s toughest transitions—navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what’s next, you're not alone. This is a space for growth, clarity, and real conversations.

I’m a Certified Divorce Coach and Certified Parent Coach with over 12 years of experience as a licensed therapist. I bring a compassionate, open-minded approach to every session—no judgment, just support. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected, both in your relationships and within yourself. And because when parents feel supported, kids benefit too, we always keep the well-being of the whole family in mind.

At Next Step Family Coaching, we envision a world where families move through life’s transitions with confidence, connection, and compassion. "You have such a wonderful way of communicating that makes me feel truly “heard” with zero judgement while walking me forward on a path of good communication and co-parenting tools with my ex."

- Beth D.

I spent many years lost before coming to you, and through the resources you provide, I am able to move forward in my life again with a sense of direction for me and my child.   I do not know of another person in your field who is as generous with their time as you, and I want to truly thank you for all your help!

- Father

Your UNDERSTANDING of the path I was walking and then encouraging me on that journey. Knowing how difficult co-parenting can be and working with me on achieving results that allowed me to feel good that my values were aligned with my actions but never inserting your beliefs or opinions.  Helping me instead think and then work on better solutions than I originally came to the conversation with.
